
Swami Yogatmananda
Vedanta Society of Providence
Swami Yogatmananda is a monk of the Ramakrishna Order and the minister of the Vedanta Society of Providence. Born in India in 1953, he joined the Order in 1976, received his monastic vows in 1986, served for many years at Nagpur and later at Shillong, and came to the United States in 2001 to lead the Providence center. He is known for his clear teaching, retreat leadership, and longstanding service in sharing Vedanta in the United States.
